This Membership Agreement governs the terms of your Platinum Elite or tiered membership with Exclusive VVIP Management. By completing a membership application and payment, you agree to the following terms in full.
1. Membership Tiers
Exclusive VVIP Management offers the following membership levels:
- Silver Member — Priority access, exclusive content, 5% booking discount
- Platinum Elite — Priority booking, 15% discount, birthday messages, exclusive events
- Black Diamond — All Platinum Elite privileges, 25% discount, VIP backstage access, private meet & greet
2. Membership Duration & Renewal
Memberships are issued on an annual basis from the date of confirmed payment. Membership benefits are active for a period of 12 months. Renewal notices will be issued 30 days prior to expiration. Failure to renew results in automatic deactivation of membership privileges.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable once issued. Fees cover administrative coordination, access facilitation, and platform services. Fees do not guarantee specific celebrity access, bookings, or experiences.
4. Member Privileges
Member privileges are non-transferable and for the exclusive use of the registered member only. Sharing, reselling, or transferring membership access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
5. Member Conduct
Members agree to maintain conduct consistent with the luxury and professional standards of Exclusive VVIP Management at all times. Misconduct, harassment, or abuse directed toward celebrities, staff, or other clients will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
6. Modification of Benefits
Exclusive VVIP Management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove membership benefits at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered contact details.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to cancel a membership at any time without refund in cases of violation of this agreement, fraudulent activity, misconduct, or breach of our Terms & Conditions or Confidentiality Policy.
8. Acknowledgement
By completing your membership purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Membership Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and all associated policies of Exclusive VVIP Management.
