Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Given the exclusive and highly customised nature of Exclusive VVIP Management's concierge services, all reservations are subject to specific terms designed to protect both our clients and our operational commitments.
1. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only upon:
- Receipt and review of your booking request
- Completion of any required identity or billing verification
- Full or partial payment of required deposits or fees
- Written confirmation issued by the Exclusive VVIP Management Private Office
Submission of a booking inquiry does not guarantee reservation confirmation.
2. Deposits & Fees
Depending on the nature of the service, a non-refundable deposit or administrative fee may be required to secure your reservation. This deposit covers coordination, outreach, and operational preparation undertaken on your behalf.
3. Cancellation by Client
- 30+ days prior: Full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee
- 15–29 days prior: 50% refund of the total amount paid
- 14 days or fewer: No refund. The full reservation fee is forfeited
- No-show: No refund. Any deposits and fees paid are non-recoverable
4. Cancellation by Exclusive VVIP Management
In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to force majeure, celebrity unavailability, security concerns, or venue issues — Exclusive VVIP Management reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or issue an appropriate refund at our discretion.
5. Modifications & Rescheduling
Modification requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional service charges. We cannot guarantee that rescheduling requests will be accommodated.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Refunds may be subject to third-party processing timelines beyond our control.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Exclusive VVIP Management Private Office is considered a breach of our service agreement and may result in permanent restriction from our platform.
